- In one scene the main character is sleeping and the maniac enters her bedroom and lifts up part of her nightgown. This scene can be very disturbing for anyone who has been abused.
- A man calls a woman on the phone and asks her to touch herself; while she does so he fondles a doll which looks like the woman as a child. Nothing is explicit, but it's very pervy.
- A woman is seen in a bubble bath which barely covers her breasts. You actually get a glimpse of the tape covering her nipples.
- Several men make mildly suggestive comments to a woman.
- A man caresses the face and neck of a woman who has been drugged and is unconscious. While nothing else is shown, the suggestion lingers that he touches her in other places, as well.

- A woman gets stabbed while she sleeps, blood briefly drips from the knife. We eventually see her dead body with the knife plunged in her chest amid blood. This scene is repeated a few times at a certain interval.
- A man is found with a knife in his back with brief blood on it.

- A man is beaten and falls off the bannister to his death.
