- While a man sits in a crowded restaurant the woman seated next to him crawls under the table to perform oral sex. Nothing below the table is shown.
- A few scenes of full-frontal female nudity, but no full frontal male nudity is shown.
- In a courtroom, a man is shown with one hand rubbing the underside of a table and the other hand in his pants; no genitals are shown.
- Full female nudity throughout and no full male nudity.
- A woman removes her bra in front of other two women and her bare breasts are visible. She invites one of the other woman to feel her breasts and takes her hand and puts it on her left breast.

- A woman watches people's faces briefly morph into grotesque demon faces in several scenes.
- Photos of murder victims with a lot of blood on and around their heads and bodies -- one picture is of a child.
- A woman finds a toddler playing with some bloody ovaries; she then finds blood on her crotch area and screams in terror. It's implied that the ovaries are hers. This scene could be in one of her dreams.
- Men beat up another man with big sticks, and the victim has blood on his face and arms.
- A woman has cuts and bruises all over her nude body after being brutally beaten and raped.

- A woman looks down at another woman's body and finds hands and faces pushing themselves out of her abdomen and stretching her skin.
- At a Catholic Church, during a funeral, a Step-father using his hand to touch his step-daughter's back, in a pervert way. Implied that he and his step-daughter are having sex at home.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Towards the end of the movie, a man shoots another man but he doesn't die. Implying the man is Satan, the devil, and he cannot die.
- A man shoots himself in the head to avoid making the antichrist and Satan is screaming no! no!
- The finale sequence, where the events between Kevin, Milton and Christabella become a horrific hellfire scenario, for those that may be seeing the film for the first time, may be too intense for some.
