MPAA Rated R for language and brief nudity

Sex & Nudity

  • The film's plot is about a teenager trying to seduce a teacher who is much older than he is.
  • There are brief innuendos mentioning skinny dipping, a hand job, and "fingering" a woman. It is talk only and can go over a child's head. And nothing mentioned is mentioned in detail and feels PG-13.
  • Shirtless high schools boys for a second or two.
  • Posters of topless women can be seen briefly towards the end. Impossible to make out upon first viewing, blink and you'll miss it.

Violence & Gore

  • A boy is punched in the face a few times. Lots of simulated explosions and gunfire during a play. A boy pretends to be hit by a car by putting fake blood on his temple. Several boys are on the wrestling team and are slammed on the ground a couple times. A group of about 5-6 boys throw rocks at an older boy. A boy shoots another boy in the ear with a BB gun--we see blood.

  • F words, S-words, milder profanities and racial slurs. Using God, including combined with damn, and Jesus.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some drinking and smoking.
  • Teenagers smoke.
  • A boy is shown smoking a few times. A boy gets drunk at dinner.
