Worth a look for Gordon Harker.
gnok200224 October 2011
This obscure British comic thriller has an impenetrable plot concerning an oil treaty, fortunately it also has Gordon Harker (the only cast member I recognise) as a London cabbie who ends up in a remote house where all manner of skulduggery is going on, a curio worth seeing for Harker's amusing performance. my rating 3/7. I am inserting reviews for all films I've seen that don't have one, this I saw at the Gothique film society in London (UK) Oct-2011. G.Harker is probably best known for his 'Inspector Hornleigh' films, he was also in 3 silent Hitchcock films early on and worked on to the end of the 50's; despite being a fan of old British films I am not familiar with anyone else connected with the film other than Herbert Wilcox the producer.
