Incest as a movie theme is usually a psychological matter, since other than porno involving twins the fact of incest is not physically represented on screen. But in FAMILY FUN, the anonymous pornographers have opted for a frankly dirty-minded approach, not for all tastes.
This is part of the "cinema of ugliness", which is not limited to porn but evident in soft-core "torture porn" as well. Cast of FAMILY FUN is not chosen for good looks (even Sharon Kane is outfitted with a terrible wig and styled grotesquely as a stereotypical dominatrix) but rather to look & act raunchy, and they're successful.

Extremely homely beanpole heroine Bernadette (with eye makeup a cross between Eva Green and those '60s TV heroines from "The Munsters" or "The Addams Family") is introduced masturbating to images of Donnie Osmond from a vintage Donnie & Marie fan magazine. (This scene is missing from AHC).
Daddy catches her, gets mad and spanks her as a prelude to some incestuous fingering (with gynecological close-ups, a recurring visual gross-out of the movie) to prove she's no longer a virgin. (This is also missing from AHC).
He makes her go to neighbor's house to be babysat by Francia, a top-heavy (read: huge natural tits) meanie. She goes there and some steamy lesbian action results after the duo spar and argue.
