Have you ever heard folks talking about how great things were back in the good old days? Well, they obviously were NOT talking about "Be Honest"...a silent film that proves not everything and every idea was good long ago. Why? Because it stars the 'Dippy-Doo-Dads'....and that turns out to be animals...yes, it sports an all animal cast. You get to see a cute pitbull, a couple monkeys, a donkey and a chicken...and one of the monkeys dons a police uniform to investigate the disappearance of some eggs. If it all sounds very funny, I will say a prayer for you. It's not funny and their idea of laughs are animals running about with 'funny'(?) intertitle cards appearing and making jokes...lame ones at that. Pretty awful.
