JFK would have blown the whistle, but the mob shot off his kazoo. Furthermore, the Elephantine Party cackled in nominating nonentities such as McGovern, Carter and Clinton to make way for jelly beans and masks. Loopy tells viewers what a tangled web they weave when first they practice to reprieve.
