Another lousy script
lor_25 April 2019
There's no script credit displayed on screen for this disappointing Jim Enright video from the VHS era, but I wasn't all that surprised to see in IMDb that it was written by Man of 1000 Clunkers, writer Marc Cushman/Cash Markman.

Not to bury the headline, the only memorable moments in this boring junker occur when co-star Brittany O'Connell declares as a superlative: "That's like asking Spike Lee to make a good movie, it just can't be done". Soon after, the same insult to the "Do the Right Thing" writer-director is repeated in slightly different wording, just in case we missed it the first time. To witness such a low-grade, no-talent as Cushman speaking ill of his betters (Spike even winning a writing Oscar almost 3 decades after this loser came out) is disgusting.

The lame story is about star Sierra's nymphomania, which she somehow tries to suppress by indulging in smoking or eating, but is encouraged to indulge it with, obviously, sex. How Cash and otherwise fine director Enright manage to string that one-joke premise along for 85 minutes has to be suffered through to be believed -the Cushman material hardly suitable for anything longer than a 1940s stag movie.

All-time greats including Rebecca Bardoux and Randy West are merely wasting their time on this one, while Joey Silvera shows up just to service O'Connell.
