I Recognize the Grounds
dmcurator5 September 2022
The outdoor scenes (and likely some of the indoor, as well) were filmed at Elysium Fields in Topanga Canyon. I know that because I frequented the resort back in the late 80s and 90s. I never thought I'd see it again (it closed permanently in 2001). For that reason, this is now one of my favorite movies.

"The place said to have inspired Jim Morrison of the Doors to write the song "Roadhouse Blues" once also inspired many to take their clothes off - and stay that way. The nudist colony, known as Elysium Fields, opened it's welcoming arms in the 60s to Bohemians living the hippie lifestyle in the hills of Topanga Canyon - the purpose being to offer solitude in uninhibited nude living. Those of the happy commune enjoyed their personal freedom until they were inadvertently forced to sell the property in 2002."

An Easy Breezy Comedy
russbgrant16 May 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Gary Garver directs this breezy comedy about a rich girl (the gorgeous Shauna Grant) who gets sent to summer camp only to get caught up in the pent up sexual hijinks of the other campers. There's nothing to this as far as any real depth, it's simply a light hearted comedy with a winning cast that manages to be fun instead of corny like most adult features in this genre. So while it's not challenging, it is a wonderful adult feature to spend some time with that has great pacing and each performer gets a chance to shine.

In the slipstream of the great Shauna
MartinOaks30 October 2023
If for some reason this title stands out in the pornographic panorama of the 80s, it is basically because of the stellar appearance of the great and ill-fated Shauna Grant who, although here she does not act as the protagonist as such, when she appears on the scene she completely devours everything around her. Your surroundings.

A summer camp for wealthy girls with lax morals is the common thread for a fairly conventional story shot effectively and written with verisimilitude in the pornographic context. The sense of humor around a simple and effective script is evident with the recurring gag of Paul Thomas continually fearing that he will be fired for interacting with the boarding school sluts, who keep harassing him to sleep with him. Very funny.

It's all about the Blondes!
eclecticist27 June 2003
This was the first adult film I ever saw, but it's memorable for more than just that reason. It contains the hottest collection of cute blondes of any movie from that era. If you like slender pretty blondes, this movie has them! Shauna Grant was as adorable as ever, and Danielle and Joanna Storm add bonus points.

Technically, the film was well made, with lighting and sets adding to--rather than detracting from--the movie's appeal.

The plot is more than a little silly, but unlike some adult movies, it at least gives a credible pretext for the sex scenes. Without going into detail, the ending seemed contrived and less than satisfying, but I'd still recommend this one.

Excellent classic adult film.

Saw it on DVD but it looks decent. The film was good quality and the image always looked nice except for the night time scene which came out a little dark.

Silly but fun story and lots of cute girls, good action, enjoyable to watch and not overly long so it doesnt make you tired or bored. Lots of classic stars and good memories for people who grew up watching film.
