PB&J meet Mayor Jeff's friend Otto who seems grumpy but actually has a nice warm character. When the Otter kids try to help their mother bake bread because she is slowed down by phone calls, they make mistakes which build up in the food.
Flick goes to the Otter's home without informing his mother who begins to worry and ask the neighborhood to find him. While practicing for Peanut and Jelly's soccer team, Flick is invited to play for another one lead by a cynical player.

When Edward's boss plans to turn Lake Hoohaw into an amusement park, the residents are interested at first, but they have second thoughts upon learning the boss' plan involves draining the lake, and significantly changing the landscape.
