Shows how the Israeli prison system works like day camp.
saggi38 May 2007
Both women and men section initiate the new warden of each section. The women section gets a criminology/sociology university graduate (who seems to know nothing about using force) and tends to make drastic changes, seeing that the female inmates walk around the yard "looking like sluts". She will stop at nothing to make very clear that "prison is no day camp". The men section initiates the new liberal warden who says in plain Hebrew "I want to make it easier on inmates, and harder on guards". Meenwhile on the outside, chain of events are shown about various characters from various locations from different social positions, having no connection with each other, tell the story of what led to each and everyones incarceration. All sorts of different stories, from a women in her second marriage (and daughter from first marriage) turning herself in after murdering her abusive husband, to a skid row drug addict happening to be the younger brother of the new mens warden. Watching this show is bound to make you sample a large taste of the Israli lifestyle of inconvenience, violence, insanity, and plain rudeness.
