- A man beats Tomie with a phone & is later seen dismembering her body with a saw. Fairly bloody.
- A scene where Tomie's headless body grows a new head. Some blood and a slimy substance is seen.
- A man chops off Tomie's head with an axe and her body tumbles into chemicals and ignited on fire. Another girl then grabs Tomie's head and throws it into the flames.
