Scenic filming is a plus in average revenge flick.

Warning: Spoilers
Although Juan Sarmiento, played by Mário Almada is 1st shown as one tough hombre, single handily fighting a bear, later his family side is displayed with his wife and 3 small children. Later still we see he is a pillar of the community who is needed by all, e.g. he pilots a plane to transport a pregnant woman, then winds up delivering the baby himself! But when Juan turns down an illegal proposal by a powerful law breaker, he is punished for his honesty. In order for the villain not to lose face by this rejection, he kills Juan's family and burns his house down. This atrocious act of course calls for revenge, and so Juan becomes a one man vigilante. Not long after, though, he teams up with good guy/bad guy Rojo(Fernando Almada)and bad girl Mercedez(Diana Ferreti). Luis Aguilar in a substantial role, looking more dignified than ever, plays the Captain who tries to keep Juan from breaking the law, yet winds up being his adversary. The plot also deals with an illegal shipment of gold coins which everyone is after. Mostly filmed outdoors, highlights include Juan and his "bear claw" glove fighting an enemy; a duel in planes; and an attempt to shoot down a helicopter. Two songs are sung, one by the group, Los Palomitos. The spilling of blood in the movie was sloppily handled as it spurts out uncontrollably. The films copyright is 1987.
