One of the first game I ever got for Game Boy, Kirby's Dream Land is a neat game that's perfect for beginners. Playing as Kirby, you go through five stages in order to recover Dream Land's food supply, which was stolen by the evil King Dedede. This game is actually straightforward. All you do is get to the boss of each stage, with your main attack being to inhale enemies and certain objects and spit them out at enemies. The game does get tough in the later levels, and there is a hidden cheat to access a more difficult mode for those who want a challenge. A good first game for Kirby.

I believe this is an underrated gem of a masterpiece. It's one of my favorites and everything about it appeals to me. I don't find much about it to be bad, and maybe that's bias, but I severely love this game. One could call it simple, and perhaps it is, but I recommend it very much.

This game is good at telling a story without words and I like extra mode because it gives respect and challenge to the skilled players who chose their game. This game deserves the 10 stars.not to mention the 5 stages and bosses they all bring a purpose Whispy teaches you the basics to fighting bosses. Lololol and Lalala teaches you how to hurt bosses with star bullets using items. Kabula teaches to how to aerially fight a boss in this hame, Kracko teaches you about dodging and quick reacting. And Dedede is basically just a review of all the lessons, Not to mention the 3 mid bosses which are poppy bros sr, lololo and kracko jr. 10 stars indeed.

Every Kirby game I've played so far has felt too easy and generic for my tastes and this one is no exception. It has some charm being the first in the series, but that's also why it is severely lacking.
The game is very short, and the most unique and fun mechanic that the series is known for isn't even there. You can't copy your enemies abilities so you have to play through the entire game as basic Kirby.
The things I will give this game are that the music is very good and the bosses are decent. Overall it is enjoyable to an extent but nothing special.
I have nothing against Kirby, these games are just not really for me.
