The word on the street is "Proud". We learn about the importance of names, as we discover the origin of Kamogelo's name. Kami also helps Moshe recycle his personal possessions to create new things he can be proud of. We sing along in Neno's world and later join the whole Takalani family and Junior Sports Stars in singing our national anthem.

The Word on the Street is Bones. Today we visit a dinosaur at a museum and we meet Skelly the Skeleton. We learn that foods like spinach and milk make our bones stronger, and Zuzu is so happy to be invited to a Zimbabwean family's home for dinner. Our muppet friends sing a wonderful song about bones.

The Word on the street is ANGRY. Today we join Neno playing his favorite game hopscotch and Kami with a paddle ball. Zikwe and out other friends teach us how to deal with our feelings of anger. We see dancing elephants on a truck and learn what things cannot dance, we also watch our friends spending a great time together. The number of the day is 10.

This week on Takalani Sesame, we learn about the word Apology. Zikwe makes a mistake, and learns to say he's sorry to Kamogelo. We visit with Abby and Neno who teach us how to show our feelings. We also visit Sara and her friends in an orphanage who tells us all about a day in her life in Tanzania. Neno tells us all about the fun we can have playing games with our friends.

This week on Takalani Sesame, the word on the street is Pretend. Takalani Street is buzzing with excitement when Zuzu has a new play to share with her friends. We visit with Bert and Ernie who show us how much fun we can have pretending to be different things. We meet Siya, the young actress who plays the role of Chrissie in SABC's daily drama, Generations. Global Grover discovers new and interesting way to make toys in India, and Kami is transformed into a princess.

We travel to Australia with Global Grover and meet a little boy who lives in a special home, dug out in the hills. We also learn all about the weather with Neno; and the muppets sing a song about the sun.

Grover takes us all the way to Jordan, Isreal where we learn all about how to make woven baskets from banana leaves. Kami and Zuzu are joined by the kids from Takalani Street saying goodbye with the music of nature from Tanzania to South Africa.

This week on Takalani Sesame we learn all about the word "PREPARE". The friends on Takalani learn all about the meaning of the word "Prepare"- Zikwe shows Neno all the things you would need to prepare for school from coloring pencils to Didi the Donkey. Grover introduces us to Ahmed in Egypt who spends his day with his cousins in Egyptian countryside. Moshe 'over prepares' himself stretching for exercise, and the our Takalani friends have fun in a race to the finish.

This week on Takalani Street, our friends learn all about the word "SUBTRACTION". Moshe and Neno learn about subtraction when they try to go to the market with Didi the donkey - but Didi's cart is too heavy to move. We meet Super Grover who has to solve a prickly problem. Zikwe learns about subtraction by playing musical chairs, and Moshe is so excited about subtracting oranges that he forgets he needs to sell them.

Zikwe the magician teaches us all about half with Magic Mike. We learn about half-time in a sports game, and Super Grover tries ridiculous ways to get a chicken over the wall.

Moshe has a case of "disappearing breakfast" for Zuzu to solve, Zuzu teaches us about all the different ways you can learn more about something by investigating. Super Grover takes us to the North Pole to investigate why things are cold, and we go to the Ditsong Museum of Natural History with Lufuno and his class to investigate dinosaur fossils.

Super Grover rescues three piggies stuck in a river, we visit with a science class in Mpumalanga as they learn why leaves float, and Neno teaches us all about the fun of bath time.

A "giant" visits our friends on Takalani Street, Super Grover rescues a little squirrel carrying a very heavy and large acorn and we visit a world in Johannesburg with very small buildings where we all feel gigantic. Our friends end the adventure with a trip around South Africa in a gigantic hot air balloon.

And we travel to Pretoria to meet a little boy who father is a bee keeper and learn all about where honey comes from.

We visit KwaZulu Natal and learn all about penguins and what they eat, while Neno teaches us about fishes. We move it with Moshe as he teaches us the Penguin Waddle song and dance.
