It's A Death Trap
boblipton24 April 2023
This short film, one of hundred produced to show in the class room, is a typically dull one which emphasizes the fact that your upper class home in 1948 was a death trap, and your parents were inattentive monsters who left loaded guns around, and wandered about without looking where they put their feet, so it was up to the children to be alert, lest mom break a leg, or you shot your best friend.

It tries for a little cinematic flair by double-printing, showing children electrocuting themselves or tumbling down stairs to their death as ghostly images, while the narrator calmly speaks about these disasters with a total lack of engagement.
