For having such a goofy premise, this short comedy does not work too badly. It starts with a man getting advice from his neighbor on how to keep his unruly family in line, and then when he tries to follow his friend's recommendations, a lot of unintended complications arise. Though most of it is fairly predictable, it's at least mildly amusing, and it doesn't have any real slow spots. The cast is adequate, and includes Billy Gilbert, who gets a couple of good moments as a brain specialist. It's nothing impressive, but it works about as well as it could have.
