David's grandmother ("la iaia") shows up in his flat. At first it seems to be a short visit, but later on David and Lopez will find out she has moved in for good. Ramon will be delighted with la iaia, while Emma not so much.
Lopez will have an identity crisis and will start behaving like a stressed housewife. As la iaia still believes Lopez is David's wife, she will make Emma's life very difficult around the flat.
Quim Monzó, a popular Catalan writer, asks Lopez by mistake to be his ghost-writer. Once the book is released, Sergi Pàmies and Maria de la Pau Janer will help unveiling the truth. In the meantime, David will give film-making a try.
Lopez meets Diana in Cuba and decides to arrange a marriage of convenience so that she can get a job. David has a crush on Diana and will push to be the husband himself. Everyone's intentions will turn out to be less clear than suspected.
Lopez wins the lottery. David gets involved in a play organized by a small alternative theatre group and tries to convince Lopez to invest in their upcoming play. Meanwhile, Ramon will try to extend the length of sick leave.
David and Lopez think Emma lives in an unreal bubble of naive happiness, and decide to teach her a lesson by releasing her canary "Marujito". Meanwhile, Ramon is in charge of Radio Bofarull while Mercedes is away.
David gets a leading role in a main stream Catalan soap opera. The downside is that his character has suffered an accident and his face is disfigured. This means that nobody recognizes him in public. David will try to fix this by himself.
Lopez experiences several random and weird situations in one day like not wearing trousers at work or finding a goat in the apartment. David will help him realize that it could all be a dream...literally.
Mercedes offers Lopez a better contract if he goes back to university and passes the last course of the journalism degree he never finished. In the meantime, Ramon will realize he and la iaia are really close maybe a little bit too much.
David gets interested in Jesus Christ. He reckons there is evidence to state that Christ's life and his are similar. David starts preaching and spreading God's word. Soon the devil will come after him in disguise.
David and Lopez have a ludicrous quarrel about storing biscuits and muffins in the same box. Lopez snaps and moves out. Both will find flat mates (Daniel and Gomez) that resemble each other.
Everybody decides to spend the day in the beach. Emma will be selling coconuts, Mercedes will get a bit too tanned, Ramon and Lopez will try a new fit, Stasky will open a drinks stand and David will make a fool of himself.
