- Four men are shown mooning a man in the woods, three of their full buttocks are seen for about a minute.
- Two men have oral sex in a car. Nothing explicit is shown.
- Two men begin undressing until they are topless. One man kisses the other on the back of the neck. One man treats the other aggressively and sexually before handcuffing him to a bed, and asks him "do you wanna fuck me?", so he goes off to search for condoms. The two are interrupted and never have sex. After a struggle with the killer, the two kiss.

- Most of the violence is cut around as to not be TOO overly graphic but almost every death scene is a brutal decapitation or some type of bloody slashing with a sickle.

- One of the main characters is shown taking ecstasy at a bar, as well as snorting cocaine off a woman's chest at a rave.
- Two characters share a joint in one scene, with one of them blowing the smoke into the other's mouth.

- The killer stalking the victims is frightening and the gory punchline on most of those scenes is pretty intense.

Violence & Gore
- One of the characters is revealed to have a glass eye after the killer stabs him in the eye with a scythe. The blade is shown twisting across the glass eye and making a shrill, scraping sound, which can be squirm inducing.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Apart from the glass eye stabbing part, there's another scene where the killer grabs ahold of the same character (with the glass eye) and probes his eyeball with his tongue which causes the glass eye to pop out into his mouth. And at the end of the film the killer is shown to have the glass eye clenched between his front teeth as he's taken away in an ambulance. Both scenes are very disturbing.
