This Canadian piece seems to be about getting angry enough to get up and take a whack at those lying b*****ds in Germany and Japan, because that's what the other good people are doing.
Given the quieter voices of other national propagandas and the modern multi-cultural diversity, it seems over the top. I think the tone was to convince Canadians that it was necessary for them to work for the war effort, despite their small population. What difference could Canadian participation make?
