Multi starrer treat
sanjayppc19 May 2014
Dharm & Qanoon features 2 mega stars - Rajesh Khanna & Dharmendra, with Vinod Mehra, Jayapradha, Danny, Asha parekh etc., Rajesh has a double role of father & son while Dharam plays his friend. The story line is quite good & the tight screenplay keeps the viewer interested.

Rajesh get to do some action scenes here & is good. Dharam is as usual in his elements in the action sequences. But it is the scenes between the elderly Rajesh & Dharam that move the audience. They are a treat to fans of both the stars.

The director has cleverly balanced the roles of the 2 mega stars & kept the fans happy.

Music by Kalyanji anandji is average.

The climax is heart wrenching.

The film was a success at the box office & also made in tamil with sivaji ganesan in the lead.

Typical 80s fare

Dharm Aur Qanoon review :

One of the highest grossers of 1984. Rajesh Khanna in double role with Dharmendra and Vinod Mehra as fellow leads. Danny was the main villain. Mazhar Khan impressed in small role of goon who rapes Jaya Pradha. Plot was typical 80s and quite entertaining for its time. Kaka sizzled with wet Jaya in a rain song. Surprisingly Dharam had no heroine opposite him. Wonder why!!

Regards, Sumeet Nadkarni.
