- Two cutscenes of sims having sex one in bed which one sim spanks its bottom and the other in hot tub with one sim whispering in the other sims ear followed by sexual themed music playing over.
- All nudity is blurred unless the player installs mods to remove the censor blur.
- Contains occassional moderate sexual references (i.e. "Woohoo", Try for Baby).
- Sims can also kiss and be polyamorous, as the "romantic" aspiration encourages Sims to pursue as many sexual partners as possible.

- Contains moderate, comedic violence (e.g. Sims can be burnt alive, slap each other etc.)
