- This game is extremely gory and very brutally violent overall, with constant gruesome displays of ultraviolent, messy fatalities that top any "Mortal Kombat" game by a long mile, accompanied by tons and tons of extreme blood and gore, depicted in a highly detailed manner and showing all sorts of gruesomely gory and extremely detailed body injuries, including shredded flesh, shattered bones, and piles of bloody viscera.
