This is the best coverage yet given to the actual life of Brandon/Teena Brandon. All the shots were done in the actual locations and the information was given factually. If you have seen the movie "Boys Don't Cry" but would like the real truth, see this doc. Some people with an agenda in mind did not like this film since it constantly referred to Brandon as a female, and at no time did they use the false name "Brandon Teena", since the real person never used that name. A&E kept to facts and told the truth. When compared to other films and books on the market, this stands out as the best and most truthful source of info. This is the one place to go so far that had the guts to stand up and tell it the way it really was.
