Charlie Sheen is up to his old tricks again . . . with a twist.
The former Two and a Half Men star, 51, recently filmed a series of videos for affordable lodgings site Hostelworld, with the mission of each party helping clear the other of their bad reputation.
Each video starts with a damning headline broadcasting that Sheen is up to no good again, but quickly reveals the actor is actually doing a wholesome activity from the comforts of a clean and cozy–looking hostel.

Miley Cyrus served as both host and musical guest for the 41st season-opening episode of Saturday Night Live, where the singer debuted a pair of Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz tracks live. After being introduced by SNL's unannounced guest Hillary Clinton, Cyrus had her own surprise at the ready as the Flaming Lips, all dressed in animal costumes, joined her for a striking take on "Karen Don't Be Sad."
For her second performance of the night, Cyrus traded in her Dead Petz for photos of her actual recently deceased companions – Pablow the blowfish,...

Last spring, while she was off touring the world, Miley Cyrus’s beloved husky, Floyd, was eaten by coyotes. I caught the tour a few nights later, when it hit Izod Center, and was transfixed by what I saw: Something about this misfortune seemed to have broken Cyrus open — made her stranger, sadder, and less inhibited than your typical pop-star at the helm of a giant, well-oiled arena show. The performance was alive with messy emotion. She actually cried when she sang her love songs, like the slurry, Mike WiLL–made ballad “My Darling” … partially because she was singing them to a humongous, inflatable replica of her dead dog. To call the night surreal is a bit of an understatement. At best, the Bangerz Tour had the feel of a Dada performance co-sponsored by American Express — where wild imagination (or, at least, truckloads of weed) met a blockbuster budget. It...

It doesn’t require a “spoiler alert” warning to say that almost nothing happens on this week’s installment of The Good Wife.
And yet, if the seeds randomly scattered over the course of the hour take root, it could be the start of everything that’s to come in the complicated, mixed-up, ethically murky life of Alicia Florrick — political candidate, power spouse, occasional trial attorney and most certainly a woman in denial about her mourning over the tragic death of her lover Will Gardner.

Legendary Kiss Spaceman Ace Frehley lands in Dallas, TX on December 1st. The Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame Inductee will be taking the stage at Trees for what will surely be an electrifying experience. His performance includes Kiss classics, solo material from a four decades long career, and songs from his latest album Space Invader.
Anyone who’s heard Space Invader knows Ace still has what it takes to rock an arena. The critically-acclaimed album has been praised for its pure unadulterated rock power and reflection of the guitarist’s former years with Kiss. It shows Frehley continuing to grow in his craft and truly is an extension of his years with the glam rock kings.
Although Ace is definitely the center of attention, his touring band is nothing to balk at either. Guitarist Richie Scarlet is well-known for sharing the stage with Skid Row’s Sebastian Bach, Alice Cooper,...

Vampires. They’re the brooding and seductively dangerous supernatural creatures that continue to appeal to audiences. But when you think about it, how do you keep a vampire character that’s 260+ years old intriguing? Syfy’s Being Human does just that with the vampire character, Aidan, who was turned during the American Revolutionary war. I caught up with actor Sam Witwer who portrays Aidan on the show that’s now in its third season to ask him about his character’s history and what gives Aidan depth.
One note before I give you the interview below, I was going to ask Sam about voicing Darth Maul on Clone Wars before delving into Aidan but Sam revealed something unexpected:
SciFiMafia: You play evil so well…
Sam Witwer: [laughs] You know, before you continue on, I don’t know why I just thought about this…

Moonrise Kingdom
Directed by: Wes Anderson
Cast: Jared Gilman, Kara Hayward, Bruce Willis, Edward Norton, Bill Murray, Jason Schwartzman
Running Time: 1 hr 34 mins
Rating: PG-13
Due Out: October 16, 2012
Plot: A pair of kids (Gilman, Hayward) run away on a New England island, which causes parents, troop leaders and the police to go searching.
Who’S It For? I would be shocked if this is the movie that makes you like Wes Anderson films. To me, it fits very nicely along side Rushmore and Royal Tenenbaums.
Movie:
Are you allowed to refer to a film as having a “Wes Anderson vibe” if you’re actually watching a film by Anderson? I say yes. He’s capable of making you immediately know you’re sitting down for one of his movies and I’m not referring to his name flashing up on the big screen. I’m talking about everything else he does.

The blood thickens: Lance Armstrong "participated in a sophisticated scheme and conspiracy to dope, encourage and assist others to dope and cover up rule violations," according to the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency in a summary released Wednesday (Oct. 10) of its investigation of the cycling champion.
(You can read the entire report here. You're welcome!)
In August, Armstrong was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and slapped with a lifetime ban from professional cycling after he dropped his fight against the Usada's doping allegations.
The Usada's 202-page report includes sworn testimony from 11 of Armstrong's former teammates -- most notably George Hincapie, who also released a statement Oct. 10 admitting for the first time publicly that he too cheated.
"Because of my love for the sport, the contributions I feel I have made to it, and the amount the sport of cycling has given to me over the years, it is...

Lance Armstrong began his Thursday by addressing his ex-teammate’s doping allegations against him, and later tweeted about his own condition after taking a “face first” spill during a cycling race. The seven-time Tour de France winner spoke out Thursday morning about allegations hurled at him by cyclist Floyd Landis, who once biked on Armstrong’s team and, according to the Associated Press, alleged in e-mails that Armstrong used to dope with him and taught other cyclists how to do so as well. "Obviously everyone has questions about Floyd Landis and his allegations," Armstrong said. "I would say that I’m a little surprised, but I am not. In all honesty, this has been going on for a long time. The harassment and threats from Floyd started a few years ago and really, at that time, we largely ignored him… A year ago, I told him, ‘Listen, you do what you have to do.

Tonight we're catching up with Los Angeles' Flatline, another band carrying the old-school torch into the future with their own brand of highly-polished metal.
Flatline recently released Pave The Way through Stand and Deliver Records, and just had the balls to cover perhaps the most famous song by Cannibal Corpse - "Hammer Smashed Face" (see the vid below, released this week) and do it well!
The band took the time to get Fango up to speed on their favorite horror flicks, while prepping for their upcoming tour with Threat Signal, The Agonist, and Thy Will Be Done.
