- There is no sex or nudity. Sam occasionally makes sexual references/remarks.

- GORE! Enemies gib quite often, as the result of a close up shotgun blast or a rocket launcher or cannon. There is a chainsaw you can use on enemies too, but only recieve the same amount of gib as the above weapons.

- Very mild profanity, no f words.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- There are no alcohol or drugs, although there is a couple of cigars in it.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- This game is not meant to be taken seriously and it is mostly supposed to be funny.
- Enemies spawn out of no where, and some of the enemies are fairly scary, such as the beheaded kamikaze, because he has decapitated himself (NOT SEEN) and some of the other decapitated enemies are scary too.
