Who's house? RUNS HOUSE!
lundwall10 June 2006
There are few low budget horror movies in Sweden these days. This is a nice story, carried out by both very unexperienced actors and some experienced. The story about the abandoned factory, the ouija board (which actually isn't an ouija board, but a simpler version drawn on a piece of cardboard), the boy-scares-girl mentality.. it's just hilarious. It has everything a horror flick needs.

In the beginning of the film there is daylight, and the camera work seems a little bit shaky, but as the movie goes on, the darkness and light effects is actually getting creepy. Both the makeup and f/x are very nice, and helps the story to feel more convincing.

This is a clean 8/10 from me. Go buy it!

The best thriller Sweden ever made
info-1126521 December 2006
Vem är Du? (Who Are You?) Is the best thriller Sweden ever made! Who Are You? is not a Hollywood production and has a modest budget, but who cares!

Actors and tempo is a little slow in the beginning, but in the moment you are telling your self: "Yes, yes I knew the characters, get on whit it!" The film grabs you and just drags you in. I like this film. The story is OK, the scenery and light is superb and the actors are OK. The camera man (I under stand that this is the director) give us very experimental pictures, sometimes so alive that you are just there (pack small – play big). From the middle of the film this is a top 10 thriller and I have to admit I had to close my eyes in one or two occasions. Of cause there are an opening at the end for a follow-up, but it's OK.

The DVD contains a very inspiring "Behind the scenes". So yes, I'm thrilled! Beyond all doubt, there are some talented film makers in Sweden, and I'm looking forward to see more films from this director (Jonas Skelterwijk) in a near future.
