The premise for this film is one that has been seen on numerous occasions. Hey, this is not a criticism and I really do not mind films being rehashed time and again to feed my pleasures !!!

Three teens are on vacation, they pick up a hitchhiker and the get stuck in some mud off road. They need to get help, so end up in a deserted house where a couple of serial killers reside.

OK I know you are yelling, "this sounds like the Texas chainsaw massacre, minus the chainsaw" and that would be a fair comment to make, as I did feel that it had some similarities. The main protagonist is a man in a mask (this time a clown one) and the scene is set for similar horrors. However I thought this had the potential to be quite brutal, as the situation the teens found themselves in was indeed horrific, but the horrific element was never really followed through.

There was one thing that really grated on me and that was the sound quality. When characters spoke, on a lot of occasions, you really could not hear what they were saying, so I may have missed some plot development.

Not a total waste as it did keep me entertained for the 80 minutes screen time. Good title song by The Rezmen "Song 13". Very good poster also for the DVD.

What to say about this movie! I feel really sorry for the casting director who only had those horrible actors to choose from, or maybe its the casting director that thought that was talent. Im not sure if its the acting or the dialogue that ruined the movie! Don't produce a movie that you know you will laugh at when you watch it. But the audio was amazing!!!! They must have spent a lot of money at sears on sheets and duct tape You may want to thank me though because Im sure everyone in the world now will want to rent the worst movie ever made Deadhorse should be the title. I want my money back! I cant believe this is available On Demand. I don't want to ruin it for anyone so my advice is Don't watch it.

Don't know how this movie ended up in the On Demand library, but I'm glad it did!

If you like Slipknot or ICP, you'll love this movie. The villains are sweet, and the story is simple and solid. It makes me proud to be from New Jersey. The soundtrack had me so pumped the entire time. I will definitely think twice before walking around the woods at night. Or going to the butcher.

My only complaints about the movie is the audio. It was really hard to hear the dialogue sometimes, which was frustrating.

Still, a worthwhile watch if you can find it. I don't know how widely it was released.

If you really want to watch an awesome movie.... look NO further. I could count the pixels. That's how you know you're watching HD, OK? I mean, the acting is Hollywood's FINEST.... and the ugliest. 14K to make the movie and they must have received gold in return because this business is GOLD. Clearly, the blood is grape jelly. At least they thought about food! Major props on the mattress stabbing scene, too. Oh and I can't forget the NEGATIVE filter. Yes, the negative the better. Obviously they shot the movie with a high quality camera. Really went all out with the Motorola flip phone. Hopefully the next movie they upgrade to an LG. I love you Brain Damage Films! The more you watch, the more you love. I watched it in high school the first time then just yesterday and enjoyed it even more. Please please please watch it! Make sure to have a cocktail or twelve before, during, and after. Laughing my butt off! Watch closely on my favorite character. I'll give you a hint, muffin top. Enjoy!
