Michelle hatches another plan to return The British Airmen to Good Old Blighty, involving a two man Submarine, this is one plan too far for Rene, the final nail in the coffin, so he decides to escape with Yvette.
Very much puts this series back on track, this was the funniest episode for a little while, it had become a bit repetitive this series, possibly because it's overlong, but this was a belter. Finally Rene shows us where his heart truly is, but foolishly he relies on Monsieur Leclerc who of course gets things wrong.
The scenes on board the train are truly funny, plenty of one liners and funny moments.
Michael Percival is bonkers as Joop Hoop de Hoop, if you thought Officer Crabtree was off the wall, he takes it up a notch.
