  Bill Buchanan : Yes sir but his in critical condition: his unconscious, lost a lot of blood, there's no chance his going to be able to lead this country. At least not for a few days and probably not much longer

  Bill Buchanan : [after he doesn't respond]  Mr. Vice-President?

  Vice-President Charles Logan : Yes? I'm here. This all confirmed?

  Bill Buchanan : The President is med-evac to the nearest emergency center as we speak. Sir I recommend you invoke the twenty fifth Amendment and take control of things as soon as possible

  Vice-President Charles Logan : [Before hanging up]  I understand

• Bill Buchanan : If the President is unable to fulfill his duties Vice-President Logan will have to assume Office: at least on a temporary basis. Cabinet will need to be briefed on the circumstance surrounding the crash

  Tony Almeida : Yeah I'll take care of it

  Bill Buchanan : Not all Cabinet members are "equal", State and Defense need more detail than say Agriculture and Treasury
