Little Pete faces his fear of dancing.
kfo949427 January 2015
In this episode, Little Pete's middle school is hosting a dance. The problem is that Little Pete is terrified of dancing. He comes up with a plan of eating so much cream corn that he will get sick and not have to attend the dance. But when the hospital pumps the cream corn out of his stomach, Nona and Pete think of a way to bringing in some cash. They will let the other students see his gut juice for a dollar.

But at the dance, Pete's arch enemy, Pit Stain, is going to cause trouble. When he finds out that little Pete is afraid to dance, he cannot help but bring that fact to the other students. Little Pete may have to dance or run.

There are a couple of other things going on in the story. One is that Nona's dad want his daughter to dance with him at the school, which freaks Nona out. The other is that Big Pete gets wide-eyed for a female member of the band. Pete cannot seem to get his mind off this girl.

This is a nice story about what nearly all teens have to face, the fear of dancing. To some this may not be an important story but for others this hits home like a ton of bricks. One of the best scenes in the entire show is when Wayne comes into the dance saying that Monica is 'Folkadelic', that produced some laughs. A good story that was well acted.
