This entire episode sets the stage for the huge showdowns in the following episode ("The Long Night"). So, if you are looking to see some resolution in just this episode, you might be a tad disappointed. This isn't a complaint, but it's more a comment that it's hard to rate this show on its own.
Two HUGE problems confront the characters on B-5. First, it's become obvious that Kosh's replacement is, at best, totally indifferent to the fate of the various species on the station. In fact, at times it's very cruel and vicious in how it uses people. Second, on Centauri Prime, it's obvious that the Emperor is a total nut case and plans on letting his planet get incinerated!!! So, it's up to Sheridan and Londo to take care of their respective problems before the Shadows. Then, after these two problems are resolved, they can focus on the greater problems--getting the Shadows off Centauri Prime and a final showdown between the Shadows and Vorlons.
The acting and writing are, as usual, superb. No complaints but just the admonition that you MUST see the next episode in order to make sens of this one.
