The new alliance is tested and strengthened in this nifty episode
planktonrules1 April 2007
Warning: Spoilers
The episode begins with the new alliance seemingly back to where they were several seasons earlier. Now that the apparent crises are over, many of the worlds would rather just go back to how things were being run before the shadow war, so they are very hesitant to sign the new declaration of principles. The foremost of those in opposition are the Drazi but all the previously non-aligned worlds are pretty much in agreement with them.

A secondary plot involves a peaceful planet that is begging to join the new alliance and wants protection from raiders who have vowed to destroy them. Considering the moral high ground that Sheridan wants the alliance to be forged upon, he commits the White Star fleet to the defense of the planet--not realizing that a trap is being set for them.

The episode is exciting but also offers some interesting insights into the life of telepaths--particularly Lyta's ability to converse with and watch people as their should leaves their body!
