Boyden and Blake investigate a case of arson, a fire which resulted in the death of an alcoholic.
What an incredibly sad story this is, they follow what's been a run of heavy stories, with yet another. I feel like there's ab element of realism here, how someone can fall so far, that their family don't want to know, and the only thing left is alcohol.
You get the impression that something isn't quite right as the episode develops, you may just have an inkling of what's going on, the twist however wasn't one I was expecting.
A few nice touches of humour, the scene in the morgue where Reg talks to one of the staff is very funny.
Well made and acted as you'd expect.
