What a cracking episode this was, I've said countless tines how I think it's conflict that takes episodes up a notch, and here that's the key focus, various different niggles and frustrations throughout, and we get to see the effects of the budget cuts.
The scenes between George and Reg were particularly good, the latter is a whole lot more devious than he's given credit for.
Good that we get to see the trio of I'll officers, and that they're not just mentioned, acting or not they all did look pretty rough.
It's true there is nothing worse than having to work extra because colleagues are off sick, it can make things very tough.
