A snobby restaurateur buys Melvilles and this leads to a house of horror for Sam. The guy is a complete ass and does everything he can to make Sam's life miserable. It's all based on property rights. Sam goes bananas in this episode and it is quite hilarious.

Melville has a new owner. It doesn't seem to be so good as he comes to Sam with some requests that were never an issue. And Sam has to agree with it because legally the pool table in the bar and the bathrooms belong to Melville. He does so for a while, but then the neighbor war starts.
A pretty funny episode. I guess the best part for me was Norm being so disturbed by somebody sitting in his chair. The woman "So what do you do?" Norm: "I sit here!!!".
The whole quarrel between Sam and the new owner of Melville was also pretty fun.
