Norm gets a painting job from the Cranes but Frasier ends up falling on him from the ladder and Norm gets hurt. Out of guilt Frasier lets Norm stay on their couch, but then the rest of Cheers patrons show up. Lilith is tired of it and wants everyone gone, but Norm goes away even before the rest does.
A Cranes episode is always good. And lots of Norm in it doesn't make it bad either. It had some great moments such as Frasier arguing about the ladder with Norm as well as the way Lilith used to wake Frasier up. Lilith is a great part of this episode, she is great feeling bad about being a party pooper.
