i have an issue, my Saturday night Fantasy island episodes stopped and were replaced by A-team. But good news, i was home Friday and saw some channel had a 5 episode marathon. i m back baby. so i started with this episode which really wasn't that great.so it started off with Frank Burns from Mash. He was a shoe salesman. i was like, "hey that's so ironic, i was just typing a story to a friend in his Facebook post about his dauthger going to prom about how i was once like him (he said he was going to be Al bundy that night) about how i was once the shoe manager at a Williamsport Pa Kmart (everyone quit and i stayed) when i was 19 and in college. and how i dated this red haired Peg like girl cause i put out a mass email ( a new thing in 96) that asked for a chic that was into heavy metal and nirvana, had green hair, and owned a Cannibal Corpse shirt. anyhow the Peg girl did respond, and i went to lunch with her in the cafe, as her friends sat their and just stared at me (it was a tech school so girl to boy ration was like 1 to 10 and thus made it more awkward) anyhow i m rambling again. I did catch someone shoplifting once in the shoe department, i got 10 K notes. i eventually got a bean bag after getting more when i rigged a employee of the month voting and won , i got two votes, that's all you really needed. anyhow, so frank burns loves the bosses daughter, my boss at K mart was Mr. O thought Kmart shoes was actually a different company that rented Kmart store room. Mr O would be like "soooooooo,, i see you...etc etc" he was like the office space guy and had a midway full of his beloved Cleveland Browns stuff though we were in Steeler Pa town. weird. so anyhow i spent most of this episode in the Frank Burns part looking up how he died and when. (2000). i think he got the girl. the department managers fell in love, that s all i remember. like they hated each other but then upon suggestion made out.
other story was Rourke giving Tattoo a fantasy. I was like, why is there a plane full of chicks who have no fantasy but its for someone on the Isle. I mean, you have episodes where people have to be on the isle to complete someones fantasy and you ask why they are there. so tattoo gets to paint women and be an artist. He's very stalker-like doing it so its great for him. then he is watching this one chic, who has a big mole, music starts playing and she , alone on a foreign isle, thinks nothing of it and starts dancing, oh how she danced, til she saw tattoo. she said her name was Shallnge Latina or something like that. Tattoos drawing of her made her arms look fat but she loved it. then tattoo wants to go on a birthday date with her but has to cover for Roarke who has a meeting. i m thinking how does tattoo cover for Rourke. seems like a one man job, then i realize, surprise , its a tattoo party, once again they get me, like i said, been a while i seen this show. so people converge on cake, ignore tattoo and he goes to meet the girl. she ends up dancing for some expert dance guy, doing this dance on ropes and wins him over and goes home but tattoo 's fantasy is great cause he painted a really good picture of her. Fap fap fap.
in conclusion, disappointing episode but alcohol and distractions made it tolerable. i still find Roarkes drink he drinks at the beginning of the show to look like a huge huge shot of Jamison Whiskey and makes me want to barf.
