Hostility abounds when it is realized that Martin moved in with Frasier eight years previously. Frasier sees this as a representation of his failure to attract a mate. There are some tense moments, culminated by Frasier accidentally throwing Martin's chair off the balcony.

Stick with this episode would be my advice.
It doesn't start well, with lots of bickering and Frasier being a brat. But it does grow into itself, and into something rather sweet natured and well written.
The performances help a great deal, and the chemistry between Kelsey Grammer and John Mahoney is lovely as ever. I thought it ended rather sweetly, and dealt with Frasier's growth as a character in a non preachy way.
I even liked the second storyline involving Niles/Daphne and Roz, it had some nice moments.
Yes, this episode does have some similar themes/plot points as the eighth series outing 'The Bad Son', but this is still a decent episode.
