I remember that episode and there was so much wrong with the story. I talked to a hundred year old Oregon man in the early 70's and he said there hadn't been a grizzly in Oregon in a hundred years that he'd heard of. When they finally walked to civilization it took somewhere up to two months, I don't remember exactly how long, They walked out northeast about a hundred miles, I don't remember if it was Myrtle Creek or Myrtle Point they walked to but I figured either way they'd have had to start in the ocean to travel that far to get there. Even if you place them a more correct east of one of the Myrtles you can't walk ten miles without coming to a road and help. When they got out they were dressed in fringed leather like a mountain man with full beards, the bad guys looked like they had a couple days growth and wearing the same clothes they started with. I liked H&C but this one was silly in so many ways.
