Looks like another variation on the popular 3:10 to Yuma plot line. Paladin has to get killer Wilder (Griffith) on a train back to Texas. Trouble is Wilder has a big family aiming to stop the man in black. And one of the characters in the train station belongs to the family. But which one.
Good suspenseful premise with a cleverly staged surprise. Actor Griffiths, however, doesn't generate much menace, while the suspects themselves are not very vividly drawn. Nonetheless, having a black man (Hairston) among them really is a departure for the time. One thing about the series' success—actor Boone is so good at being "don't mess with me" authoritative. And that key trait is used here to good effect
