Ivan Dixon gets the lead.

Who would have thought it- but Ivan Dixon gets a script where he is the main character of the show. It take a lot but Ivan has to play Kinchloe and an African prince named Makabana. It seems that the German are wanting to build a submarine post in Makabana's country and is trying to get permission from the prince. But Hogan, always thinking for the Allies, has a plan where Kinchloe will pose as the prince and negate the treaty with the Germans.

But when Makabana's wife shows up at the Stalag things can get a bit dicey. She can easily reveal that Kinchloe is not her husband but she takes a wait and see approach.

It was nice to see Ivan Dixon get some face time on camera. It has to be hard to get a black man posing as a German but the writers did a great job of getting the story made for Dixon. Even though the story was not really as interesting as others, it did give the viewer a chance to let another actor take the role as the 'lead man'. Nice episode to watch.
