Loco (Barbara Eden) was riding inside a cab when it was hit from behind by a convertible, forcing the cab into a bus and the bus into a policeman and horse. She is visited by Attorney I. H. Lumfort (character actor Dan Tobin) who wants to lead her in suing for damages. He feels they can get $50,000 and suddenly the ladies are all on board. When the insurance doctor, Dr. Covell (Harvey Stephens), comes to examine her they comically stall until Lumfort can arrive. The adjuster, Mr. Snider (character actor John Hoyt, "Spartacus") comically ups his offer in steps from $500 to $900, but Lumfort insists on a court date. With Loco on the stand, the case may never be the same.
