The TV station Greta (Lori Nelson) works for is starting a new program called "Truthivac". It is named for a supercomputer that helps a girl find her perfect mate scientifically. When Greta's boss Mr. Tompkins (Stafford Repp, Chief O'Hara in "Batman") sees Loco (Barbara Eden) he talks her into appearing on the show. Tucky Zahn (Leonard Bell) gives Loco a test to match her compatibility to 5,000 men in the system's database. A man chasing Loco, Douglas Brock (George N. Neise) runs into Mr. Zahn and insists he is her perfect mate and pays to be number 5,001. Mr. Brock is named her perfect mate and they decide to elope to Judge Emil Quincy (legendary character actor Charles Lane in a rare happy-go-lucky role). Meanwhile, Mr. Zahn comes to Greta and Mike (Merry Anders) to confess that he accepted a bribe to fix the computer to select Mr. Brock. The girls race to try and stop the marriage and have the computer find her true mate.
