I often wonder how the "foundation" gets involved in some of these cases, like how does missing farm equipment fit in? Anyway, decent storyline and come cool car chases. The acting was mediocre as expected.

Michael Knight investigates the theft of construction equipment from Frank Sanderson, a struggling small contractor
Suspicion falls on his rival and former business partner, Lloyd Newald. However despite all indications that Newald might be involved, Newald also claims he has had equipment stolen.
A hunch relating to Sanderson's wife having an affair leads to both Sanderson and Newald teaming up as Micheal has a plan to lure the real thieves out in the open.
This episode has KITT being buried deep under a rock quarry. It has just about enough oxygen to do a possible trajectory jump.
Actor Stuart Whitman brings a lot to the proceedings as the tough and yet at times tender Frank Sanderson.
