Ann Turkel wow! wow! wow! wow!
RavenGlamDVDCollector29 April 2021
The series had some clunkers as episodic female leads. Passing love interests. Some were a whole lot better than others, some were just bad choices. This episode though, a much better selection. Ann Turkel as the bad girl Adrianne St. Clair. Now, however much most people dislike David's performance as Garthe, I can be quite forgiving to the whole thing after that swimming pool scene* with Ann Turkel in her skimpy leopard-print one-piece. The lady is a classic. Check her out as a femme fatal in an episode of SILK STALKINGS as well. Come on, without her in this episode, no way I'd have given such a high score.

Suzanne Barnes alone is worth another commendation. Superb! She joins the ranks of the (very few) great choices.

Unfortunately, the great choices were rare.

I cannot write down KNIGHT RIDER without saying "White Bird" because Catherine Hickland remains my ultimate choice.

*David Hasselhoff as Khal Drogo? Check out GAME OF THRONES to spot resemblance.

Double Impact
safenoe12 April 2024
Warning: Spoilers
All credit to David Hasselhoff doing double duty playing of course the hero Michael Knight and returning as the anti-hero Garthe (that's with an e) Knight, and the ending is quite tragic with Garthe and Adrianne St. Clair (played by famous model Ann Turkel) meeting their fate with the cliff scene that was probably in the deleted scenes from the famous ending of Thelma and Louise with the clifftop and all.

I titled my review Double Impact because I wonder if Hasselhoff's double duty inspired Jean-Claude (that's with an e at the end) Van Damme (another e at the end) to take on double duty in the 1991 movie Double Impact.

Goliath Returns
Prismark1020 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Evil Garthe Knight has been put inside a maximum security prison. He has had no access to a razor so he had to grow a beard and moustache. Fortunately the walls are paper thin so he escapes as the resurrected Goliath truck crashes through.

Evil Adrienne who appeared in an earlier episode in series 2 with the computer whizz kid has rebuild Goliath.

Garthe Knight and Adrianne kidnap Devon and April. Adrienne wants to install Kitt's CPU into Goliath. They also abduct Dr Bergstrom a scientist with knowledge of laser technology and replace him with a surgically altered clone. They plan to sell Dr Bergstrom to any interested government.

Hasselhoff gets to camp it up a bit more as Garthe. Ann Turkel is suitable eye candy as Adrienne. KITT takes a leave out of a James Bond movie and deploys a parachute when it is needed the most.

This feature length episode had an over the top ending for Goliath. It is a good job KITT had a grappling hook.

The episodes with Garth are horrible.

The episodes that feature Garth are horrible. The Garth character is what the writers go to when they didn't have anything better.

Michael Stache is back!
Calicodreamin17 December 2021
It's the return of the angry Mac truck and the mustached Michael and that one cradle robber. It's a cool way to blend blend different episodes and characters.

Garthe and Goliath Are Pathetic
amosstubbs28 May 2021
This may be the worst-ever script from the tv series with pretty much nothing but horrible scripts. Nothing makes any sense, Hasselhoff is absolutely ridiculous playing his own evil twin, and every character demonstrates utter incompetence with every single decision and action. It's like it was written by dumb little children.
