Warning: Spoilers
Man, Kendra (Renee Tenison) sends me into paroxysms of ecstasy every time I see her. I've just found out from her IMDB bio that she was a former Playboy Playmate of the Year, which explains a lot.

When we first found out Kendra has an identical twin sister, my assumption was that some film magic was used to duplicate the one actress. Because, surely, if two equal specimens of such gorgeousness actually were to be in the same place at the same time, the overload of cosmic hotness would cause the space-time continuum to implode, as suggested in Einstein's lesser-known Theory of Sexa(c)tivity. But no, Renee really does have an identical twin sister, Rosie, playing twin sister... Rosie. Oh, the unimaginable hormone-fuelled agony the boys in their class must have gone through in high school. But anyway, people, give thanks to your gods that all existence did not end in the late 90s, as it might have done. And be grateful for Renee and Rosie. Now, try and tell them apart. But then again, does it really matter which one is which?

As if KendraSquared® were not enough, this episode also features a very young and super-lovely Nicki Aycox. The moment she appeared as Meg Masters late in the first season, she instantly became my favourite Supernatural babe and has always remained so. But IMDB also informs me that, tragically, she died a year and a half ago at the age of just 47. R. I. P., Ms Aycox.

As for the plot itself? To be be honest, it's pretty rubbish and forgettable, even by the standards of these late 90s LA sun-and-skin detective shows. The killer is underdeveloped, unscary and unoriginal, and the hunt for him is hugely unexciting. But still, I'm going to award this episode an 8, for the reasons mentioned previously. Look, I've never claimed to be too deep to be shallow.

PS - what restaurant in the world would ever allow a guy that size to participate in their all-you-can-eat buffet? And then they're surprised when he eats too much!
