Starting the episode with the great Janeane Garofolo's caustic 'Paula' taking the office by storm as she struggles with a personal issue, which turns out to be her anxiety regarding expected results from a breast lump biopsy. As Beverley (Penny Johnson)helps Paula, Larry's office door is left unattended whilst he takes his quiet time 'enjoying' a massage, leading to numerous interruptions which do his relaxation no good at all. The show culminates with Paula again featuring strongly, as news of her teenage dalliance with lesbianism becomes known to Arty (Rip Torn), as the girl in question is gravel voiced comedian Brett Butler who happens to be appearing on the show.
