To win the princely sum of $10, Al tries to come up with a business idea for the empty unit next to Gary's shoe store. When Kelly comes home (wearing a very fetching two piece aerobics outfit) and says that she needs a local aerobics studio so that she doesn't get groped on the bus, Al has his answer.
