It's Bud's 18th birthday and all he wants is a girl: Roxanne. Peggy has arranged a party for her boy, with a pony and Sticky the clown (from a TV show Bud last watched when he was twelve). Al has something much better in store for his son: he's reserved a table for them both at the nudie bar!
This one is okay -- we get to see the nudie bar that Al frequents and Roxanne is a total babe -- but I can't help but feel that there are missed opportunities. Al and Bud's antics at the bar aren't very hilarious (although they do take part in a fun bar brawl), and Sticky the clown, a psycho who has just been released (from jail?), doesn't get to do very much.
A passable episode, but one that had a lot more potential for big laughs than it actually delivers.
